EDGEhomes Quick Tips
Daylight Savings is Sunday, November 2nd and we like to use little every day occurrences to remember certain things when it comes to maintaining the home.
Daylight Savings Time is one of those cues! Since the time change happens twice a year, We like to use those two days to change the batteries in the smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector. So, grab a few new batteries and replace the batteries in your smoke detector and/or carbon monoxide detector.
Check out Utah Department of Safety for smoke alarm safety.
You can also come up with a fire safety plan and fire drill for your home. Go over it with your family so that everyone know where the exits are located.
It just might save your life!
