New Communities’ Response

(Orem, Utah) April 21, 2016 -EDGEhomes, Utah’s fastest-growing homebuilder, had an overwhelming response with their brand new communities announced last week: Waters Edge, The Towers, and Horizon Heights. As of Wednesday, over 55 homes have been sold since the release last week.

Brandon and Chelsea Erickson share why they made their decision so quickly. “We enjoyed the experience much better than our previous one. Buyers in Salt Lake County are also choosing to buy. “I think it’s dumb to pay money towards something that where you’re not going to get anything in return. When you’re renting, you’re paying $800 and you don’t get anything out of it. You’re just making a landlord rich. But when you buy, you’re investing in your own place,” says new homebuyer, Sallie Mangum.

The company’s second community, Horizon Heights, is an active lifestyle community in a great central location! It’s nestled into the Herriman—a city that, while flourishing economically and has a close proximity to other cities, still manages to keep its small-town feel. The community will have transportation corridors, making it easily accessible and walkable. Close by is the county recreation center and soon-to-be mega-mall—a master planned center to have a mixture of shopping outlets, restaurants, offices, a hotel, and movie theaters. Within the community are sport courts, trails, a pool, tot lot, and clubhouse.
